Kekian Udang

 Bahan :
250 gr ayam cincang
250 gr udang kupas cincang
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt kecap ikan
1 buah telur
1 btg daun bw
Kembang tahu
secukupnya Garam
75 gr Tepung tapioka
 Langkah :
  1.  Aduk semua bahan hingga rata

  2. Rendam kembang tahu dengan air panas, gunting sesuai selera
  3. Gulung adonan di dalam kebang tahu, kukus 20 menit
  4.  Bisa langsung dimakan/ digoreng
